While Google Pay can be used to buy crypto in the CEX.IO mobile app and Wallet app, transactions do not work the other way around. Thankfully, withdrawal capabilities are built into both CEX.IO apps to work with a credit or debit card.

To withdraw money using the CEX.IO mobile app, follow these steps below:

  1. On the home screen, click Wallet in the center of the menu.
  2. Select the currency you want to withdraw.
  3. Click on the Withdraw button.
  4. From here, enter the amount you want to withdraw. Double-check the total amount to see how much will be transferred after deducting the commission.
  5. Choose the card you want to withdraw your funds to, or swipe left and Add a new card.
  6. Click the box to accept the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Payment Conditions, and Cardholder’s Agreement.
  7. When you’re satisfied with the transaction, confirm the withdrawal by tapping Withdraw.

Withdrawal works a little differently in the CEX.IO Wallet app, as it requires selling a digital asset to allow for the withdrawal. If you decide to sell Bitcoin in the Wallet app, you’ll be given the option to add a bank account, credit card, or debit card for the sale total to be deposited:
