One app for all your crypto

In addition to buying and selling crypto using your CEX.IO app, you can also withdraw your funds. To do so, follow these steps: Each feature follows a different funding process and may display different payment methods. Select the relevant tab and follow the in-app instructions to review and complete the transaction.

If you already own crypto or want to transfer a purchased asset to an external wallet, select Send. Choose the cryptoasset and amount, select the appropriate blockchain network, and enter the recipient’s wallet address. Check that the address supports the selected asset and network, then review the transaction details and confirm the transfer.

When looking to sell crypto and withdraw the resulting fiat funds through the CEX.IO App, open the app on your phone and follow the steps below.

• In the Wallet window, tap the asset for which you have a balance, and wish to withdraw.
• On the following screen, choose Sell.
• Next, enter the amount you’d like to send. When doing so, you’ll notice the fiat equivalent in your account's main currency (USD, GBP, or EUR).
• Choose an available withdrawal method and tap Sell BTC.
• After choosing your payment option, note the Commission and Fee amounts in the pop-up window.
• Once ready, tap Confirm. You’ll need to enter the two-factor authentication code to proceed.
• Please note that, by default, you’ll use your account’s main fiat currency — USD in our example.
• The app displays the withdrawal methods currently available to you, together with the applicable fees and limits.

CEX.IO Exchange is a trading platform where users can send various types of orders and execute them against the CEX.IO orderbook. You can trade in the web terminal, CEX.IO Exchange App, and via the API.

CEX.IO App allows eligible customers to buy, sell, store, send, receive, trade, and convert supported cryptoassets, subject to availability. Currently, CEX.IO App offers a mobile-first experience (iOS and Android) and wallet functionality on the web.

CEX.IO App executes orders using liquidity aggregated from other exchanges. Available liquidity affects the quoted price and spread. The price shown at the moment you place an order reflects that liquidity, and unlike a market order, where the price is only indicative — it is the price CEX.IO App applies to your order.

To buy a supported cryptoasset in the CEX.IO App:

• Tap the “Buy” section on the main page.
• Choose the asset you want to acquire from the dropdown menu.
• Select the fiat currency and amount you wish to purchase.
• Double-check the total amount and purchase fee.
• Tap “Confirm.”

To exchange a supported cryptoasset for fiat or another cryptoasset through the CEX.IO App:

• Open the app and choose Spot Trading or CEX.IO Convert.
• Select the cryptoasset you want to exchange.
• Choose the fiat currency or cryptoasset you want to receive.
• Select the relevant exchange pair and enter the amount.
• Review the exchange rate, applicable fees, and transaction details.
• Confirm the conversion through CEX.IO Convert or place the order through Spot Trading.

After the conversion is completed or the Spot Trading order is filled, the fiat currency or cryptoasset received will appear in your CEX.IO Wallet.

With the CEX.IO App, you can buy, sell, store, trade, and convert supported cryptoassets. The app also supports staking for eligible cryptoassets. You can manage your crypto portfolio and stay connected to the market from your mobile device.

Yes. Your balances and transaction history are visible through both the CEX.IO App and your CEX.IO web account. Some platform-specific information, including limit orders placed through CEX.IO Exchange, may not appear in the app.

First, download and install the CEX.IO App, then create an account and complete the required onboarding checks. Top up your balance with fiat or buy Bitcoin using a purchase method displayed in your account. Open the Trade tab, search for BTC, and select the trading pair you want. Some tools are available only through a particular interface, and certain orders placed through CEX.IO Exchange may not appear in the CEX.IO App.

Yes. With CEX.IO Convert, you can exchange crypto to crypto, crypto to fiat, and fiat to crypto directly in the app. Log in to your CEX.IO App, tap Convert from the main menu, choose the asset you want to exchange and the one you wish to receive, enter the amount, and confirm the conversion.

The CEX.IO App includes the following CEX.IO features and services: You can buy, sell, trade, store, and convert supported cryptoassets. Customers can also stake eligible cryptoassets. The app provides mobile access to portfolio information, market data, and account activity.

Yes. Customers who complete the required onboarding checks can access the CEX.IO mobile wallet through the app. It allows you to store, receive, buy, sell, and trade supported cryptoassets from your phone. Your balances and transaction history are also visible through the CEX.IO web platform.

To add funds to your CEX.IO wallet, download and install the app, then register and complete the required onboarding checks. Once logged in, tap Buy on the main screen, choose the cryptoasset you want, and enter the fiat amount you wish to spend. The app will display the purchase methods currently available to you. To choose another method, tap Change Payment Method and select one shown in your account. Review the quoted price, fees, and transaction total before confirming your purchase. The purchased cryptoasset will appear in your wallet after the transaction is processed.
