The current event consists of two competitions: $50,000 USDC Referral Leaderboard and $100,000 USDC Spot Trading Leaderboard.
To join the Referral Leaderboard, participants need to opt in (click "Join") on this page and enter their nickname.
Participants will be ranked on a public Leaderboard accessible on this page, updated daily.
The participants’ rank on the Referral Leaderboard is determined by the total trading volume of their referred users (referrals). Only trading positions opened by referrals who are eligible participants within the competition period will be counted toward your referral ranking.
The prize pool scales with total spot trading volume of the participant’s referred users: minimum $5,000 USDC, up to $50,000 USDC. To unlock the minimum 5,000 USDT pool, total cumulative volume must reach 1,000,000 USD. The current pool size and progress are displayed on this page.
Only Spot Trading activity of the referred users (via web or app) qualifies.
Only the top 10 participants with the largest referral spot trading volume generated by invited affiliates will be eligible to share the prize pool, once competition ends.
Additionally, 10 randomly selected participants who have at least one referral actively trading during the event will also win prizes — these scale with total community volume.

Only verified CEX.IO users are eligible for rewards. If you don’t have an account or your account is still not verified, you can create one and/or pass verification to be eligible to enter the promo.

Participants of Referral Competition can also participate in Spot Trading Competition with a top prize pool of $100,000 USDC. By participating in both events, participants can maximize their potential prizes, reaching up to $150,000 USDC prize pool. To join the Spot Trading Competition, participants need to opt in to the event on a separate dedicated page.
CEX.IO may disqualify participants who are deemed to be illegally bulk registered and/or verified, or those engaging in any form of market manipulation. CEX.IO reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole and absolute discretion.
Besides Trading Competition rewards, new CEX.IO users can earn bonuses to their Spot Trading Fee Balance — a separate USDC balance used only to cover trading fees (not withdrawable). To qualify, log in or sign up, click “Enter Competition,” set your nickname, and make a crypto purchase or deposit of at least $100. You’ll then receive an in-app notification about your bonus. Tap “Claim” to activate it. The bonus is valid for 30 days and will be removed if unused. Terms and conditions apply.

To participate, visit the Spot Trading Competition page, click “Join” set your nickname, and start trading on any CEX.IO Spot market. Only trades made after opting in and after the competition starts will count toward your leaderboard score.
How do I join the Referral Competition?
To enter, click “Enter Competition” on this page and set your nickname. Then share your unique referral link with friends. Once they join CEX.IO and start trading, their trading volume will contribute to your leaderboard score. The more active your network, the higher you rise in rankings.
Can I participate in both competitions at the same time?
Yes — and we encourage it! You can grow your referral team while trading for yourself. Your personal trades count toward the Spot Leaderboard, while your invited friends’ trading activity drives your position in the Referral Leaderboard. Together, they can earn you up to $150,000 USDC in combined rewards.
