Log in to your CEX.IO account, go to your profile menu, and open Referral Program to access your referral dashboard and tools.
Generate and share your new referral link
Click Generate Link on the main banner to create your new referral link, then share it. Update any older placements, because old referral links no longer collect statistics and rewards.
Monitor activity and reward status
Use the dashboard to track: Current Month Reward (estimated), Under Review (compliance review), and Total Earned (lifetime). Referral Statistics appear only after someone clicks your link, signs up, and completes a transaction (e.g., buying or selling crypto).
Claim your reward in a few simple steps
Complete your first spot trade and reward will be paid automatically to your trading fee balance.
1. Check that rewards are available to collect
On the Referral Program page, review your reward fields (including Under Review) to confirm rewards have passed compliance review and are ready.
2. Click “Collect”
Press Collect to transfer earned rewards to your CEX.IO Wallet, where you can later trade, convert into other currencies, or use Savings (where available).
3. Confirm payout in Transactions
Open Transactions to view completed referral reward payouts (checked and claimed).
