Users from these regions and the following countries can not participate: Algeria, Belgium, Bolivia, China, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Honduras, Mauritius, Morocco, Nepal, Palestine, Qatar, Spain, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, Uzbekistan, Western Sahara.
Mystery Boxes are only available to users who have received an official email with instructions from CEX.IO.
CEX.IO may disqualify participants that are deemed to be illegally bulk registered and/or verified. CEX.IO reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole and absolute discretion.
Only verified users will be able to open their Mystery Boxes and receive their prizes. The funds will appear on your account balance in seven (7) business days after your verification.
You can only claim one Mystery Box per user. Upon successful verification, you’ll be notified of the amount you’ve won via email.
