The Reward Center assigns tasks based on your account activity: trading, deposits, and platform engagement. You complete a task, and the platform qualifies you for a reward. Open the CEX.IO App, go to the Reward Center, and check your active tasks to start earning.

CEX.IO offers four reward types through the Reward Center. Coin Rewards are crypto amounts credited directly to your account balance. Spot Trading Fee Rewards are credits that cover eligible spot trading fees — they go to your trading fee balance and are non-withdrawable. Mystery Boxes deliver a random reward drawn from a predefined set of possible outcomes disclosed in the promotion terms. Badges are non-monetary recognition tied to your activity milestones.

Yes. CEX.IO rewards have expiration rules that depend on the reward type.

Rewards that require manual claim — you see them in the Reward Center and must tap "Claim" — expire if you do not collect them within the timeframe shown in the app. The default window is 30 days from the moment the reward becomes available. After that, CEX.IO cancels the reward automatically and removes your entitlement to it.

Spot Trading Fee Balance rewards work differently. CEX.IO credits them directly to your trading fee balance, and you have 14 days to use them. They cover eligible spot trading fees only. After 14 days, any unused amount is automatically deducted.

Each promotion can set its own deadline. The Reward Center shows the exact expiry date for every reward on your dashboard — check it before the deadline.

The Reward Center is available to verified CEX.IO users. New users complete identity verification first. Availability depends on your jurisdiction — open the app to see which rewards apply to your account.

CEX.IO Earn pays monthly rewards for holding stakeable coins. It runs automatically — you store eligible assets in your account, and CEX.IO calculates and credits rewards without any action required. The Reward Center is task-based: you complete specific actions to qualify for rewards. The reward types also differ. Earn always credits crypto to your account balance. Reward Center payouts vary — Coin Rewards go to your account balance, Spot Trading Fee Rewards go to your trading fee balance and cover fees only.
